Naveen Khanna is Co-Founder and VP, Customer Success at Brainstack Technologies. He co-founded the company in 2016 and has worked in the business full-time since September 2021.
Before Brainstack he spent more than 12 years at Landis+Gyr in Noida (2009–2021), a Toshiba group company from 2011 to 2017. He moved from Senior SQA Engineer to Technical Lead – SQA (2013) and Manager – Software Development (2015), where he led a team of 30 engineers. He began his career at Aricent Technologies as a software engineer in testing (2006–2009).
He holds an MCA in Computer Science from Amity School of Computer Sciences (2006) and a BCA from APJ Dwarka (2003).
His focus areas are software quality assurance and test automation, EUDR compliance technology and supply-chain traceability, offline-first mobile architecture for field operations, and AI/ML integration and MLOps. He is based in Melbourne.
